    Tried to split my sets into 10 sets of 7 reps, resting for 7-10 seconds between and then did the last set of 5.

    interesting WOD to do, glad to learn a new move without tearing my hands up :)

    Loved this one! Wasnt terribly bad, had enough in the tank after to do a few ball slams.

    Ended up doing sets of 5, cranked out a set of 15 to finish. Prob should have done sets of 8..
