    This one hurt, shoulders were thrashed after the HR push ups. Still able to work on hand-stand holds though.

    Got to listen better next time, 2nd set of squats i went to burpees instead.

    Loved this work out, it hit everything. Should have done more pull ups. HRPU were tough.

    Triceps still hurting from LAST fri ring dips. felt like jello on the HR PU. Med Ball situps were a rest for me.
