Shoulders were feeling it in the wod esp after this weeks wods. On the OH squats have to remember to look up & get deeper. I will definitely need more skill work on this one-it is an awkward feeling lift.
DL @ 145#
OH squats @ 55#
Mannn about halfway through the DLs on the 15 set my lower back was pleading with me to stop. Otherwise, I think I did pretty good depth-wise on the OH squats.
Just dont have the from and strength yet for a 135 snatch. Get the form right first, strength will come.
