Skill/Strength: 145# as a 1 rep max on Squat Snatch

    WOD:
    30 DU’s
    5 Squat Snatches 95#

    4 full rounds

Still a movement that I need to work on, maybe could have done 105, but until I am more comfortable with this lift I felt it was better to stay humble on the weight and execute the movement correctly.

Skill/Strength: 55lbs as a 1 rep max on Squat Snatch

    WOD:
    20 DU attempts
    5 Squat Snatches 35lbs

    4 full rounds + 3 Snatches

I should have done just DU’s but I normally can get more then two in a row. . Today was a good day!! and on the Skill/Strength I could have done more weight I just couldn’t get past 55lbs. I doubted myself with heavier weight! UGH! Also I needed some work on my depth with the squats.

Strength: 180# Squat Snatch – PR
    WOD: 5 rounds + 22 DUs
Literally couldn’t do another DU. I had >40 seconds to do my next 30 and my shoulders just couldn’t turn the rope anymore.
