    19:05 (can’t say I Rx’d…my knees got very close to my elbows, but they didn’t quite touch on many attempts)

    *I guess the 5:30am class had the lovely benefit of doing K2E’s*

    My favorite kind of wod. pull ups got tough especially when they make you do them correctly. my HRPU stamina usually goes quick but better today though i think i may have had a quick nap on one rest break,somebody screaming something woke me up. After being woke up and moving to ball slams, they were fun cause i was upset about being woke up and slams are a good release.Run, well it is always a good thing to end a WOD on the Hill Of Pain(HOP). We have to have a contest to name that thing
