    *Mental physic out when the weight gets heavier. Gotta learn to trust my body and not think about the weight.

    12 reps + 5 Thursters

    *for some reason I didn’t read the “as far as possible”. Great workout!!

    (failed at trying to do 195lbs…got it over my head, but didn’t get the lift executed, so…”NO REP!”)

    WOD: 12 + 12 pull-ups (this was on the “15 rep” round) Rx

    – might have gotten through the full “15 rep” round, but coach J switched the CTB pull-ups to just pull-ups mid-workout. I was pulling a lot harder to get my chest up there on the bar.

    New PR-105lbs for thrusters!!!! felt like I should have tried another 5 or 10lbs.
    Workout was great; I used 65lbs for thrusters & 2reds & a black for pull-ups. Got thru 12 complete rounds plus 5 thrusters.

    Should have gotten thru 15, hard to find a spot on pull ups and waited too much

    12s + 8 thrusters RX

    *the round of 12 pullups got very tough…I really need to work on chaining pullups together when I am fatigued, I completely lose the rhythm of my kip and end up doing singles or doubles…wasting a lot of time.
